Pressing Customer Hot Buttons

Many vehicles come with a free 1-year subscription to OnStar. But after the year expired, very few owners were willing to pay the annual subscription fee. To encourage renewal, the strategy was to build awareness of OnStar’s many non-emergency services. By focusing on ease of use – just push a button – I created several very successful mailings that increased subscriptions. These two were top winners!
