One of my more interesting gigs, I worked with the Field Museum Membership team for several years, doing client service work for Leo Direct Unlimited. I developed and executed the annual strategy, fine-tuned list testing, developed offers, and mined the existing membership database for smarter mailings.
Over the course of the year that I was fully in charge of the account, I was able to increase membership acquisition by 25%. This sample package that I wrote was highly successful … but then, I had a little help from the King!
